Scope and our commitment
This Policy applies only to the mobile game Color Sort - Hexagon Merge, published on Google Play by developer YangXiang, its related updates, and support services provided in connection with the Game. This page is the official privacy policy linked from the Game's Google Play store listing. By using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy. Where consent is legally required, an appropriate consent or privacy-choice interface will be provided before the relevant processing.
The core Game generally does not require you to directly submit your name, phone number, or contacts. Some information may be processed automatically by game features, app stores, or third-party advertising SDKs.
Please note: the Google Play Data safety form must match the actual released build, enabled SDK features, and this Policy. The precise processing may vary by region, device settings, and consent choices.

Data we may process
- Device and advertising identifiers: Android Advertising ID, App Set ID, device or app-instance identifiers, and identifiers associated with ad requests.
- Approximate location: country, region, or city-level location inferred from an IP address. We do not actively request precise GPS location for advertising.
- App activity: app launches, taps, ad impressions and interactions, video views, level progress, scores, reward claims, and other gameplay events.
- App information and performance: device type, operating system, app version, language, crash logs, diagnostics, load time, hangs, energy usage, and related performance data.
- Purchase information: if you purchase content through Google Play, the store processes payment. We may receive a product ID, purchase status, and transaction token, but not your full payment-card details.
- Information you provide: your email address, issue description, screenshots, or other content when you contact support.

How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve gameplay, including progress, settings, and reward status;
- Display ads, measure ad performance, and manage ad frequency;
- Provide personalized or non-personalized ads based on region, age status, and consent choices;
- Analyze performance, fix errors, and prevent fraud, invalid traffic, and security threats;
- Process purchases, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell contact information that you directly provide for purposes unrelated to the Game. Advertising partners may process data under their own policies to provide advertising services.

Data the core Game generally does not require
The core Game does not require access to contacts, SMS, call logs, precise location, photos, camera, microphone, or health data. If a future feature requires new permissions or data, we will update the disclosures first and request consent where required.

Age and children's privacy
The Game is not specifically directed to children. Players below the legal age in their country or region should use the Game only with a parent or guardian's permission and supervision.
We do not knowingly ask children to directly submit personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission from a parent or guardian, please contact us. After verification, we will take reasonable steps to delete the relevant information.
Age-related safeguards: The Game's target audience and age information are shown on its Google Play listing. We handle data relating to minors in accordance with applicable law and store policies and apply privacy and advertising safeguards appropriate to their age.

- Advertising choices: use privacy options presented in the Game, where available, or manage the advertising ID and ad personalization in Android settings.
- Permission controls: review or withdraw app permissions in device settings. Some features may stop working if a related permission is withdrawn.
- Access, correction, or deletion: contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data under our control, or to object to or restrict certain processing. We may need to verify your request.
- Withdraw consent: where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
- Stop using the Game: uninstall the Game or clear app data to remove progress and settings stored on your device.
Requests concerning data controlled by an advertising partner may need to be submitted directly to that provider. Your specific rights depend on the laws of your region.

Security, retention, and international processing
Security measures
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures proportionate to the risk, including access restrictions, data minimization, and service providers that support encryption in transit. Google states that data collected by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Retention
On-device game progress is generally retained until you clear app data or uninstall the Game. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve the issue, meet legal obligations, or handle disputes. Ad, analytics, and app-store providers determine their own retention periods under their policies and legal obligations.
International processing
Third-party providers may process information outside your country or region. Where required, safeguards such as contracts, standard contractual clauses, or other lawful transfer mechanisms are used.
